We were blown away by the stunning beauty of the apartment - clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. the two bathrooms were a bonus, especially with messy kids. the complimentary biscuits, tea, and coffee were a nice touch. the double lock doors provided an extra sense of security. the parking right outside and the peaceful location were also great.
We felt really welcomed and had no complaints.

Clean, modern 2-bedroom flat with en-suite and separate bathroom. Good quality fittings and furnishings. Enormous showers. Beautiful apartment, modern and warm with all expected amenities. Lovely view of the lake. Helpful reception with clear instructions for key collection. Ideal location for visiting Kegness and Donna Nook. Gorgeous place, only issue with cooker but microwave available.

I had the most amazing stay at this apartment. the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a spotlessly clean, modern space and a stunning view of the lake. the decor was lovely, and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. the reception even called me before I arrived to explain how to collect my keys, which was a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend Ash to anyone visiting the area and would definitely book again. It was also in an ideal location for exploring Kegness and Donna Nook. Cons: Couldn't fault it! 🙌.

The location is nice and quiet, with a lovely view overlooking the lake. the apartment is clean, modern, and stylish, with good quality fittings and furnishings. the showers are spacious and there are en-suite and separate bathrooms available. the apartment also has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
The lack of activities for children in the evening is disappointing, with no place to kick a ball about or a clubhouse on site.

The apartment itself was very clean and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also great, being both peaceful and within a short drive from the beach area. The staff, especially Lisa at the reception, were welcoming and friendly, adding to the positive experience.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the beds were quite uncomfortable as the mattresses were thin and on a wooden frame, making them feel very hard.

Pro: We stayed at a clean and modern two, bedroom flat at a peaceful location with a lovely view over the fishing lake. the apartment was a good size and had two bathrooms, which was a bonus for the four of us sharing. the quality fittings and furnishing were impressive, and we particularly loved the enormous showers. Despite being in the countryside, it was still easy to drive into Skegness, taking less than 10 minutes. The late check, in process was smooth, thanks to the easy, to, follow instructions we received earlier from the friendly and helpful staff. Cons: None 🚫.

The apartment at Ash in Burgh le Marsh was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and kettle. The bedrooms were cozy, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We loved having a flat-screen TV and a washing machine at our disposal. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the stovetop in the apartment a bit tricky to use. However, I understand that others may have different preferences and might not have the same issue.
